Hi, I'm Lindsey!
I am a Culinary Dietitian and author of Mediterranean Diet Meal Prep Cookbook with a passion for food that began as a child while growing up in Los Angeles. (yes, I am a rare native to LA!) Working in restaurant kitchens helped me to develop my love for foods with global flavor, especially all foods of the Mediterranean. While I was a personal chef for a health conscious client, I realized that I wanted to know the science behind nutrition and the benefits of all of the foods that I love. It was then that I decided to go back to grad school to become a Registered Dietitian.
I am especially passionate in helping those who want to lead heart healthy lifestyles, whether they’re interested in prevention or have high blood pressure or even heart failure. Heart disease is very personal to me and you can read why HERE. It isn’t difficult to live a heart healthy lifestyle, especially when you can take small steps to get big results. If you eat for heart health, you automatically eat for good overall health! Let me show you how!
